The only problem we had was with the payment. The money did not come through and I had to wait till the bank got it back to my account. It took many weeks. After that I paid again, but this time via the Alibaba payment system and that worked very well and fast. That is the reason why I give a 4 star. No complaints about the quality, design and other service.
